The practical verdict#
TradesViz offers much more analytical breadth than Log Pose. Its official pricing page describes a free Basic stock plan, paid multi-asset tiers, numerous charts and statistics, custom dashboards, trading simulators, AI tools, options analysis, and a large import ecosystem.
Log Pose does not try to match that. It focuses on reconstructing Robinhood stock and ETF fills, reviewing deterministic ICT candidates, writing a short journal note, and testing two bounded setup definitions.
Choose TradesViz if#
- you want to begin with a free stock journal;
- you need dense statistics and custom dashboards;
- you trade options, futures, forex, crypto, or CFDs on a paid tier;
- simulators, options flow, screeners, and broader research tools matter;
- you want highly customizable tags, tables, charts, and AI questions;
- you are willing to configure the analysis surface.
As of the verification date, TradesViz Basic was free and allowed one stock account and up to 3,000 executions per month. Its annual pricing table displayed Pro at a regular $14.99 per month and Platinum at $22.49 per month before a temporary Labor Day discount. Promotions should not be treated as permanent pricing.
Choose Log Pose if#
- Robinhood stocks and ETFs are the only account scope you need;
- the first job is to reconstruct actual fills on the chart;
- you want ICT definitions encoded consistently instead of building tag logic;
- you prefer a small set of review and backtest metrics;
- you want to reach one weekly rule without assembling a custom dashboard.
Log Pose costs $19 per month after a seven-day trial that begins with the first successful sync. It has no permanent free plan and far less asset and analytics coverage.

Customization can improve or weaken a test#
TradesViz gives traders many ways to group and interrogate their records. That is powerful when definitions are stable. It is dangerous when a tag is changed after P&L appears.
Before using any dashboard, write a small data dictionary:
- exact setup definition;
- valid values for each tag;
- confirmation time;
- invalidation rule;
- rule for missing data;
- who or what may change a label.
Then lock the tag for the analysis period. A flexible query cannot rescue inconsistent classification.
Log Pose reduces configuration by fixing its candidate definitions. That improves repeatability but may not match your personal ICT interpretation. Inspect the detector's thresholds and use another tool if you need different concepts or assets.
Decide with a dashboard deletion test#
List the five TradesViz features you expect to use every week. Remove the rest from the decision. Then list the five steps required to finish a Log Pose review.
Import the same ten trades and ask:
- Which tool reconciles the executions?
- Which gets you to a decision-grade faster?
- Which exposes the denominator and excluded trades?
- Which can test the rule you actually trade?
- Which requires less maintenance next month?
TradesViz is the better value when its breadth replaces real work. Log Pose is the better fit only when its narrow Robinhood review loop is the work.
